Ell is an Edinburgh-based comic artist and illustrator who originally emerged from the North Sea. A lot of their work is inspired by folklore and the ocean - though they are also a big fan of death metal. Their favourite things to draw are horses, guitars and sad men.

It’s very helpful if you have a specific photo or angle you’d like me to recreate - however extra photos are much appreciated so I can get an idea of the form and personality of your pet.When the portrait is finished you will be sent a high resolution image that can be printed up to A3 size.If you wish to receive a physical print, I can offer to post you an A4 sized print on matte photo paper for an extra £5 (price includes postage for UK) - though please bear in mind it will be from my home printer and will not be archive quality. If you live overseas, it will most likely be cheaper to have it printed yourself at a local print shop or online service.I look forward to hearing from you!
